अपराध दंड / सजा

• एक वैध ड्राइविंग लाइसेंस के बिना ड्राइविंग। रुपये 5000 ** और / या 3 महीने तक के लिए कारावास
• अपने वाहन को उस व्यक्ति द्वारा संचालित करने की अनुमति देना जो एक वैध ड्राइविंग लाइसेंस नहीं रखता है। रुपये 5000 और / या 3 महीने तक के लिए कारावास
• ड्राइविंग करते समय मोटर वाहन अधिनियम में निर्दिष्ट आवश्यक दस्तावेज नहीं ले जा रहे हैं। 500 रुपये
• एक वैध ऑटो बीमा के बिना ड्राइविंग रुपये 2000 और / या 3 महीने तक की कारावास
• एक वैध अनुमति के बिना ड्राइविंग 5000 रुपये तक और रुपये 2000 से कम नहीं
• मान्य वाहन स्वास्थ्य प्रमाणपत्र के बिना ड्राइविंग 5000 रुपये तक और रुपये 2000 से कम नहीं
• आरसी बुक के बिना वाहन (पंजीकरण प्रमाणपत्र) 2000 रुपये
